When the translators translate the business contract, they must take the faithfulness and accuracy into consideration first, especially the foreign business contract. It is determined by its function and purpose. The contract is a record form which records the true meaning of both parties, so the translation of contract is different from the translation of the literature. In generally, the translators should not pay more attention to the lasting appeal intentionally, but the translators must express the true meaning of the parties accurately. The business contract has formed its own unified standard including the decade’s operation, such as commercialized, industrialized and so on. In the process of translating, one can not use the format to follow one’s inclinations. If the translation was not accurate enough, it will lead to serious travesties, For example: the words “offer” and “accept” can be translated into提供，提议和“接受，认可”. But in the contact of the business English, it can only be translated into “要约”、“承诺”. And also “保密” can be translated into "keep secret" is not accurate. It should be translated into “keep secret and confidential”.
3.2 Completeness and Standard
Business contract is a legal text which maintains the interest of both parties. It directly affects the rights and obligations of both parties.
The English contract of International trade is one of the important documents in the international business trade. It belongs to a kind of law application style. In the long-term practice process, the contract has formed completeness, standard integral style, so when one translate this kind of contract. One must pay more attention to the completeness and expressiveness. And the completeness and expressiveness of English or Chinese contract mainly includes the format, diction, terminology, expression and so on.
3.3 Expressiveness and Smoothness
In the translation of international business contract, the translators usually pay more attention to the "faithfulness" and "accuracy" and ignore the smoothness of expression. And the translators usually pay attention to the "completeness" and "expressive" and ignore the consistency of grammar and the structure of sentence. In order to seek the style consistent and harmonious, it is very necessary to keep the smoothness in the grammar and structures of sentence. In order to achieve smoothness, one has to abide by the language rule to make sure the translation can be accorded with the requirements of language express.

As the author has analyzed in the above thesis, contract document is playing more and more important roles in our economic life, because of the economic globalization and China’s entry into WTO.
In this thesis, the author has talked something about business contract translation. It protects the interest of both parties in the international business trade.
Contract documents are the crucial part of business. They are permeating almost every aspect in business and precision.
A translator should have these qualities including: strong sense of responsibility; bilingual proficiency; essential professional knowledge. And also the translators must understand the characteristic of commercial contract and grasp the basic standards translation of commercial contract. Only in this way, can they finish the work excellently, and make a contribution to the development of social economy.
