Abstract: This paper mainly through primary school students with learning difficulties H investigation, showing local primary INEFFICIENT four main performance characteristics and type: Deficient interest, the foundation is weak type, dyslexia type, memory type is not strong, then in-depth analysis and research come home learning environment is poor, weak teachers, social trends corrupt, poor study habits are important factors that affect students with learning difficulties, mainly using survey research methods, observation, combined with specific examples. H finally offered to help improve primary INEFFICIENT language performance of "predicament" Suggestion: for parents of pre-school training to students with learning difficulties and establish self-confidence, develop inpidual learning plans, helping to set up the group, strengthening in-service training of teachers, training good study habits.

小学语文学困生成因及对策——以H小学为例
苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：“教育要面向每一位学生”。素质教育也要求以面向全体学生，全面提高学生的基本素质为根本目的。但是，在每个班级中，都存在着不同程度的学困生，他们严重影响班级的整体成绩和素质水平，为了实现素质教育的伟大目标，促进全体学生的共同发展，学困生的问题也越来越受到教师和家长的重视。近年来，不少学者针对小学语文学困生做了一些相关的研究。
我国学者新疆福海县阔克阿尕什乡寄宿制小学巴哈尔•切肯[8]在《浅谈小学语文学困生的转化方法》中提出，尊重学困生、帮助学困生树立信心是帮扶学困生的基础。王保兰[5]在《小学语文学困生的转化策略之我见》中提出优化传统的教学模式，在课堂上利用信息技术调动学困生的学习积极性和主动性是基础。连云港东海县李埝中心小学房春叶针对学困生转化问题指出：学习方法的指导是基本。
