摘 要:随着我国金融体系的不断成长与发展,地方商业银行在金融体系中扮演着重要角色,而人力资本作为地方商业银行的主要因素,对银行的发展起着关键性作用。因此,如何对其进行有效的激励约束,是地方商业银行发展过程中面临的一个现实问题。本文首先通过对地方商业银行的认识和了解,分析了当前地方商业银行在激励约束机制中存在的诸如奖励方式单一、绩效考核不规范、企业文化的缺失、约束机制的不完善等问题,并认为只有从改变单一的激励方式、建立科学的绩效机制、创建具有银行特色的企业文化、健全内外部约束机制等方面入手,才能充分发挥员工的积极性和能动性,实现地方商业银行的稳健发展。 38121 毕业论文关键词:地方银行;激励机制;约束机制
The Thinking of the Establishment of Incentive Restriction Mechanism in Local Commercial Banks
Abstract: With the growth and development of our country's financial system, local commercial Banks plays an important role in the financial system, as the main factors of local commercial Banks, human capital plays a key role in the development of Banks. Therefore, the local commercial banks have to face an actual problem that how to implement the effective Incentive constraints mechanism in the process of development. Firstly, based on the knowledge and understanding of local commercial banks, this article analyses the problem of the incentive restriction mechanism in local commercial banks, such as the single form of incentive, the non-standard performance evaluation,the lack of enterprise culture, imperfect constraint mechanism and other issues, and propounds the local commercial banks should change the single from of incentive, establish scientific performance mechanism, create a corporate culture with the characteristic of bank and improve the internal and external constraint mechanism and other aspects to give full play to the staff's enthusiasm and initiative and realize the healthy development.
