摘 要:本文通过问卷调查了解河南高校人力资源管理专业毕业生的就业情况,及探析影响本专业毕业生就业的相关因素,如学生对本专业的认知、就业规划、学校就业指导工作等等。调查结果显示:学生对就业地区的选择存在差异;就业意愿与专业相关度不容乐观;就业期望偏高;对本专业缺乏认知、专业知识技能储备不足;就业前期准备工作不足;学校就业指导工作不完善;针对以上问题与影响因素,分别从学生、学校两方面提出相应的对策和建议。从而提高本专业毕业生的就业率和就业质量,使本专业得到良性的发展,培养出社会所需要的人力资源管理专业人才。38120 毕业论文关键词:河南高校;人力资源管理;毕业生;就业情况
Henan University Human Resources Management Professional Graduates Employment Situation Investigation and Analysis
Abstract:This article through the questionnaire survey understand the employment situation of graduates majoring in human resource management in colleges and universities in Henan ,and analysis the relevant factors affecting the graduates employment ,such as students’ awareness of this professional employment guidance ,employment planning ,school work, and so on. The results show that the difference between student’s choice of employment areas, Employment intention and professional relevance is not optimistic. Consider revising. This professional lack the cognitive skills professional knowledge reserves are insufficient. Consider revising .The school career guidance work is not perfect. To solve above problems and influencing factors respectively from two aspects of students the school put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. To improve the quality of the graduates employment rate and employment, make the profession benign development, cultivate the social need of human resource management professionals.
