摘 要:中小企业在河南省近几年的发展中做出了很大的贡献,逐步成为市场的中坚力量。作为人力资源管理核心环节的绩效考核,也越来越被中小企业所重视。但在河南省中小企业目前的绩效考核中还存在着许多问题,如员工对绩效考核缺乏统一认识、缺乏一个完善的绩效考核体系、绩效考核指标设计不合理、绩效考核主体选择失误等。这些存在的问题导致绩效考核成效不大,不利于河南省中小企业未来的发展,因此,依据现有的河南省中小企业绩效评价观应采取加强员工对绩效考核的认识、建立完善的绩效考核体系、制定合理的考评指标、挑选高素质的绩效考核主体对其进行必要的培训等措施,以便于河南省中小企业取得较好的发展。38112 毕业论文关键词: 河南省;中小企业;绩效考核
Research on The Problems and Countermeasures of Small and Medium Enterprises in Henan Province Performance Appraisal
Abstract: In recent years, the medium-sized and small enterprise have made a significant contribution to the development of Henan province, and the gradually become a dominant force in the market .The performance assessment—as the core link of human resource management ,it is also being paid more and more attention .But there are a lot of problems existed in the performance assessment system now. For example, the employees are lack of unified understanding and a unified evaluation system is lacked. The performance assessment index is unreasonable and the choose of main body is fault. These existed problem will lead to the inefficiency of the performance assessment and will not good for development of it in the future .Thus according to the available value system of the performance assessment, the following measures can be taken so as to make a better development in the future in the medium-sized and small enterprises in Henan. For example, enhance the employees’ awareness of performance appraisal. set a perfect performance assessment system .establish a reasonable performance assessment index. select the highly qualified main body of performance assessment and conduct the necessary training.
