摘 要:随着经济的快速增长,人力资源管理在企业中的地位越来越重要,薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理中的一项重要职能,它不仅与员工的自身利益密切相关,而且也会对企业的人力资源效率和劳动生产率产生影响,从而影响企业战略目标的实现。很多企业在薪酬管理公平性方面存在着一些问题,本文在对薪酬管理、公平性相关理论介绍的基础上,通过查阅资料、文献检索,归纳出企业薪酬管理中公平问题主要包括缺乏内部、外部和个人公平性,并提出实行科学化工作分析,进行薪酬调查,建立绩效考核制度具有针对性和建设性的建议,以使企业的管理与发展适应市场经济的要求。37635 毕业论文关键词:薪酬管理;公平性;绩效薪酬;人力资源
Fairness in the Enterprise's Salary Management Research
Abstract : With the rapid growth of economy, the status of human resource management in enterprise is more and more important, salary management is an important function of enterprise human resources management, it not only closely related to the employee's self-interest, but also to the enterprise human resources efficiency and labor productivity, which affects the realization of enterprise strategic target. Many companies there are some problems in the aspect of salary management fairness, based on the related theory of compensation management, fairness is introduced on the basis of access to information, document retrieval, induces the fair problem in the enterprise's salary management mainly includes the lack of internal, external, and inpidual justice, and put forward a scientific job analysis, salary survey, set up performance appraisal system with pertinence and constructive Suggestions, in order to make the management and development of the enterprise to adapt to the requirement of market economy.
