摘 要:河南省中小企业普遍存在员工对工作没有热情,工作没有进步,员工工作效率低。因此,激发员工的积极性,使员工在工作中完全发挥自己的潜能。调动员工的工作积极性、建立一个有效的员工激励是每个企业想达到的目的。河南省中小型企业人员管理中存在管理人员素质偏低,高层管理人员注重外部招聘,员工提升空间小,员工福利与薪酬激励方法比较单一,员工培训比较少,企业的考核制度不完善。然后通过分析研究提出了完善河南省中小型企业员工激励的措施。37636 毕业论文关键词:中小型企业;激励;员工激励
Study on Incentive Mechanism of Small and Medium Enterprises in He Nan Province
Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises in He Nan province common employees have no enthusiasm for work, work no progress, work efficiency is low. Therefore, stimulate employee enthusiasm, make the finished work in to reach his full potential. Arouse the enthusiasm of employees, to establish an effective incentive mechanism is the purpose of each enterprise wants to achieve. The low quality of personnel management of small and medium enterprises in He Nan Province in the personnel space in the personnel management, pay attention to senior management of external recruitment, staff promotion space, employee welfare and salary incentive method is relatively simple, relatively small enterprise staff training assessment system is not perfect. Then through the analysis of research put forward to improve the staff incentive mechanism of small and medium enterprises in He Nan province measures.
