The Effectiveness Analysis of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Recruitment—— KD company as the Example
Abstract:It is no doubt that talent is important to the enterprises as a assistant of the rapid growth.basing on small and medium-sized enterprises to long-term development,we must keep the competitive advantage of the enterprise,and competition for talent is the key element.The enterprises achieve high quality talent by recruitment.Recruitment is important that the enterprises can not ignore this work,improving the quality of the recruitment can help enterprises to improve their human resource management and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprises.Through the analysis of the influence of the small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment effectiveness index,we combined with the actual case analysis of innovation company.Studying on the basis of KD company about small and medium-sized enterprises in the recruitment work organization and implementation and the problems,then put forward five strategies to guide small and medium-sized enterprises in the actual human resources management recruitment plan,implementation,control,so as to enhance the overall performance of the enterprise effectively.
