摘要:企业工资集体协商制度可以解决劳资双方的的纠纷与矛盾,表现全社会的公正性,促使社会和谐稳定发展,适应我省经济发展的一种工资制度。在相关部门的努力下,河南省推进企业工资集体协商制度取得了不错的成绩,但也面临着工会职能约束、劳动力市场条件约束、雇主约束、相关法律制度缺位等困境。河南省要想有效地推动企业工资集体协商制度的发展,必需加大对非公有制企业工会的建设,强化工会职能,发挥政府职能,协助工资集体协商制度的推行;完善并有效执行相关法律法规。24686 毕业论文关键词:工资集体协商; 工会; 劳动关系
The Difficulties and The Solutions of The Implementation of The System of The Collective Wage Negotiation in Henan Province
Abstract: The system of the collective wage negotiation is one of the wage decision mechanism, which would solve labor contradiction、embody social equity and promote social harmony and progress efficiently. With the help of the relevant departments, the system of the collective wage negotiation in Henan province has got a good result. However, it has also faced drama of the constraints of the labor union function、the labor market conditions、the employers and the lack of the system of the relevant laws. If the government in Henan province wants to push the development of the system of the collective wage negotiation effectively, it needs to strengthen the construction of non-public enterprise trade union organizations and the function of the labor union. It needs to give play to the government function and assist the implementation of the collective wage negotiation. Besides, it needs to improve and implement the relevant laws and regulations.
