摘要:近几年来,深入研究民营企业人才流失的成因及对策分析,表现出了全社会对当前快速发展起来的民营企业的重视,为了促进市场经济中的有序和谐发展,适应当前我国社会经济发展的趋势。然而民营企业的人才资源配置在市场机制中还存在企业家管理素养缺乏、人才配置不当、企业内部管理混乱、缺乏民主的企业文化等困境。民营企业要在人才流失问题上推动用人机制方面的改革,必须加大企业内部的科学管理,强化各部分各组织的职能管理,提高用人机制的水平,发挥民营企业的优势,协助我国社会主义市场经济的有序健康发展。24685 毕业论文关键词:人才流失;科学管理;创新用人机制
Brain Analysis on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Brain Drain in Chinese Private Enterprises Causes
Abstract:In recent years, analysis of the causes and Countermeasures of in-depth study of private enterprise brain drain, showing the whole society attention to the current rapid development of private enterprises, in order to promote the harmonious development of the market economy, to adapt to the trend of social economic development of our country at present. However, the allocation of human resources of private enterprises in the market mechanism is still lack of entrepreneur management quality, improper allocation of talents, the enterprise internal management confusion, the lack of enterprise culture dilemma of democracy. Private enterprises to promote the reform of employing mechanism in the aspect of the problem of brain drain, must strengthen the scientific management of enterprises, strengthen the function of each part of the management of the organization, improve the mechanism of human level, play the advantages of private enterprises, to assist in the orderly and healthy development of China's socialist market economy.
