摘要:非正式组织的发展历史长久,在任何组织形式中它都是独立于人的意识而客观存在。但是回望过去,人们很容易忽视非正式组织这一团体,导致企业在实现组织目标时因此而受到了一定影响。由于时代的发展,人们认识水平的提升,非正式组织的影响慢慢受到人们的重视,对此管理者只有提升了对非正式组织的认识才能够在管理工作过程中更有效的发挥出非正式组织的积极作用,促进其与正式组织优化互补,使得企业按照既定轨道稳定发展。论文从分析非正式组织的概念、产生的原因及它的积极、消极作用着手,针对以上内容对员工流失所产生的一些影响并就对这一问题的管理对策来进行探讨。24687 毕业论文关键词:非正式组织;员工流失;核心人物
Informal organizations on the impact of employee turnover and the countermeasure
Abstract: Informal organization's long-standing development, in any organization, it is independent of human consciousness and objective reality.
