五步拳对中小学校园武术文化的推广与发展研究

摘要：五步拳是我国传统武术文化中的一部分，亦是武术套路中的代表。五步拳有着动作技术简洁、动作招式简单，因而，非常适合中小学生的身心特点。采用文献资料调研法和实地考察法就五步拳在中小学校园武术文化中的推广进行了研究，认为五步拳作为武术段位制考试中入段资格考试的重要内容，其对激发中小学生学习武术的兴趣，培养中小学生武术健身意识和健身习惯等均具有积极的意义。研究指出，五步拳在中小学校园内推广有利于提高中小学生的武德修为；有利于校园武术文化的传承与发展；有利于武术段位制的推广与普及。五步拳在中小学校园武术文化推广中也面临着诸如武术专业教师匮乏、领导不重视、学生学习积极性不高等问题，提出了建立中小学武术教师资源共享平台，加大武术文化重要性的校园宣传工作，优化五步拳教学教法等对策，以期更好地发挥五步拳在中小学院校武术文化推广中的积极作用。促进五步拳在中小学武术文化中推广发展对策主要包括：建立中小学武术教师资源共享平台、加大武术文化重要性的校园宣传工作、通过节庆假日开展校园武术文化活动、优化五步拳教学教法等。

Abstract: the five step boxing is a part of the traditional Wushu culture of our country, and it is also the representative of the Wushu routine. The five step boxing has a simple action technique and a simple movement. Therefore, it is very suitable for the physical and mental characteristics of the primary and middle school students. Using the method of literature and on-the-spot investigation on the five step in the promotion of the school campus boxing in Wushu culture is studied, that five step boxing as an important content of Wushu examination into the qualification examination of the segment, stimulate students interest in learning martial arts, martial arts training in primary school students body-building consciousness and habits etc. have a positive significance. The study pointed out that the five step in the promotion of boxing in the school is helpful to improve the students' moral cultivation; is conducive to the inheritance and development of Wushu Culture in the campus; is conducive to the promotion and popularization of Wushu. The five step boxing in the school campus in the promotion of martial arts culture also faces such as lack of professional martial arts teachers, leadership do not pay attention, students' learning enthusiasm is not high, the establishment of a shared platform for martial arts teachers in primary and secondary resources, increase the importance of campus martial arts culture propaganda work, optimization measures five step boxing teaching, in order to better to play a positive role in the small and medium-sized five step boxing schools in the promotion of martial arts culture.The five step to promote boxing in Wushu Culture in primary and secondary schools to promote the development of countermeasures mainly include: the establishment of a shared platform, increase the importance of campus martial arts culture propaganda work, through the holiday to carry out martial arts cultural activities, campus optimization five boxing teaching martial arts teacher resources.
