摘 要:多嵌段共聚物,是将两种或两种以上不同的聚合物链段连接一起的嵌段共聚物。与简单 的二、三嵌段不同,多嵌段共聚物由于具有更多的组分、嵌段数目而表现出特殊的结构和性 能。然而,多嵌段共聚物存在合成方法匮乏,表征困难等问题,因此关于多嵌段共聚物的合 成、表征及性能研究的相关报道较少。
为此,本文以聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯 (PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO) 为大分子引发剂、麝 香 T(EB)为单体,通过原位开环-缩合级联聚合反应合成了一系列嵌段组成不同、分子量 不同的(PEB-b-PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO-b-PEB)n 多嵌段共聚物。利用一维核磁氢谱
(1H NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对多嵌段共聚物结构进行表征,并得到了其相对分子 量。采用定量核磁端基分析法得到了多嵌段共聚物的绝对分子量、各组分所含重复单元数、 嵌段数目等。聚合反应动力学研究证明了该聚合反应过程为原位开环-缩合级联聚合反应。 利 用 热 失 重 分 析 ( TGA ) 初 步 探 索 了 聚 合 物 结 构 与 性 能 的 关 系 。 研 究 表 明 (PEB-b-PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO-b-PEB)n 多嵌段共聚物具有良好的热稳定性。

Abstract:Multiblock copolymers are a special kind of block copolymers that link two or more different polymer segments together. Unlike simple diblock and triblock copolymers, multiblock copolymers exhibit special structures and properties due to more components and block numbers. However, there are many problems in the research of multiblock copolymers, such as the lack of synthetic methods and difficult characterization. Therefore, there are few reports on the synthesis, characterization and properties of multiblock copolymers.
In this paper, poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(propylene oxide)-block-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO) is used as the macroinitiator and ethylene brassylate (EB) as the monomer, a series of (PEB-b-PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO-b-PEB)n multiblock copolymers different molecular weights were synthesized by the in situ cascade polycondensation coupling ring-opening polymerization. The structure of multiblock copolymers was characterized by one-dimensional nuclear magnetic proton (1H NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) that was used to obtain the relative molecular weights. Quantitative NMR end group analysis method was used to obtain the absolute molecular weight of multiblock copolymers, the number of repeating units contained in each component, and the number of blocks. Polymerization kinetics studies have demonstrated that the polymerization process is in situ cascade polycondensation coupling ring-opening polymerization. The thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to briefly explore the relationship between polymer structure and properties. Studies have shown that (PEB-b-PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO-b-PEB)n multiblock copolymers have good thermalstability.
