摘要:本文从尿素、硫脲、三聚氰胺、二氰二胺四种原料中选择了硫脲、三聚氰胺、二氰二氨分别制备类石墨烯二维片层结构g-C3N4并对所制备的材料进行结构形貌性能表征以研究不同前驱制备g-C3N4的结构与性能的差别。
石墨型碳氮化合物(g-C3N4)化学性质和光学性质极其稳定,可以吸收太阳能,氧化电势合适等优良品质,以三聚氰胺、硫脲、二氰二氨等物为前驱体即可制备。本论文主要讨论的是不同前驱在不同温度下的g-C3N4的结构与性能差异。本文的具体内容如下:
g-C3N4衍生的差异来自不同前体的相组成,官能团,表面形态,研究了微观结构,表面性质,带隙和比表面积X射线衍射,傅里叶变换红外光谱,扫描电子显微镜,透射电子显微镜,X射线光电子能谱,紫外可见扩散反射光谱和BET表面积分析仪。光催化在可见光照射下活性阳离子染料,罗丹明B(RhB)的变色表明以硫脲制备的g—C3N4在煅烧温度690℃为时,在降解RhB的光催化实验中有良好的光催化活性。
最后,讨论了光催化机理。此论文,我们以硫脲、三聚氰胺、二氰二氨为原料,通过在480℃~690℃温度下进行热处理制备了不同的温度下纯相的g-C3N4催化剂。通过X-射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、高倍透射电镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪器等测试对其结构、形貌进行表征。

ABSTRACT:In this paper, thiourea, melamine and dicyandiamide were selected from four kinds of raw materials: urea, thiourea, melamine and dicyandiamide. The graphene two-dimensional lamellar structure g-C3N4 was prepared and the prepared materials were structurally The performance and characterization of g-C3N4 were studied by different performance.
Graphite-type carbon and nitrogen compounds (g-C3N4) chemical properties and optical properties is extremely stable, can absorb solar energy, oxidation potential suitable for good quality, melamine, thiourea, dicyandiamide and other substances can be prepared as precursors. In this paper, we discuss the structure and performance of g-C3N4 at different temperatures.
The microstructures, surface properties, bandgap and specific surface area X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), transmission electron microscopy , X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and BET surface area analyzer. The photocatalytic activity of rhodamine B (RhB) in visible light irradiation showed that the photocatalytic activity of
g-C3N4 prepared by thiourea was good at the calcination temperature of 690 ℃.
Finally, the mechanism of photocatalysis is discussed. In this paper, g-C3N4 catalysts with pure phase at different temperatures were prepared by heat treatment at a
temperature of 480 ℃ ~ 690 ℃ using thiourea, melamine and dicyandiamide as raw
materials. The structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, high power transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
