摘要:随着知识经济的出现和全球经济一体化以及市场多样性的发展,“企业的社会责任”(CSR)作为新的经营理念得到了越来越多的关注。人们对企业社会责任的已有研究大多停留在其宏观层面的探讨,对其微观层面的研究则相对较少。企业如何根据实际情况将经营管理与社会责任结合在一起,从而更好的履行社会责任,这将是现阶段我国企业所面临的一个重大挑战。本文通过实证研究尝试发现高管胜任力和企业社会责任之间的关系,通过对高管胜任力的界定与测量,探讨高管胜任力对企业社会责任的影响。本文认为,企业社会责任感是企业高管胜任力的重要评价指标,这对企业的发展有着极为重要的现实意义。

The impact of executive competency on corporate social responsibility
Abstract:With the emergence of the knowledge economy and the integration of global and economy as well as the persity of market, “Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR) has been attached more and more significance as a new business concept. So far, most of studies and explorations on corporate social responsibility among people has always bee in the macro level, however, there are few researches in the micro level. How the enterprises combine their social responsibility issues with their business management in terms of the actual situation, so as to better fulfill their social responsibilities respectively has been a major challenge for Chinese enterprises at current stage. A sense of corporate social responsibility should be one of the core elements of the senior management competency in a company. In this paper, it takes competency of senior executives and corporate social responsibility as research objects and explores the influence of competency of senior executives on the corporate social responsibility, which has highly significant practical meaning for the development of the company.
