我下载了微软官方的iso镜像包，sha1验证是正确的，也就是文件没有问题，我用软碟通设置成U盘启动，开机时引导正确，但是当Load driver的时候出现：

下面图片来自网络，我在安装Windows server 2012 的时候弹出的窗口就跟这个图片的一样。该怎么解决？？
检查一下BIOS设置U盘引导方式，更改为USB硬盘、光盘等方式试试。
