摘要:为了研究影响大学生消费者决策风格的因素,本研究采用问卷调查的方法以200名大学生为被试,应用Sproles和Kendall的《消费者决策风格问卷》和《艾森克人格问卷》分析消费者决策风格与大学生性别、城镇、人格之间的相关程度,收回有效问卷155份,回收率为77.5%。研究结果表明:消费者决策风格与性别、城镇、人格有一定的相关。其中,大学生消费决策风格存在性别上的差异,男大学生消费者的时间节省导向强于女大学生消费者的时间导向;大学生消费决策风格存在地域上的差异,即来自农村与来自城市的消费者具有不同的消费决策风格;尽管人格不是影响大学生消费决策风格的主要因素,但人格中的部分因子对其消费决策风格具有显著性影响。关键字:消费者决策风格;性别;地域;人格8541
Consumer Decision-making Style of College Students Study—
In the case of ZhouKou normal college students
Abstract: In order to study the factors influencing the consumer decision-making style of college students,this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey to 200 of ZhouKou Normal College students as the subjects. Applicate Sproles and Kendall consumer decision-making style questionnaire and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire to analysis consumer decision-making style and college students' gender,between the town and personality. 155 effective questionnaires were taken back, the recovery was 77.5%. The results show that the consumer decision-making styles and gender, urban,personality has certain correlation. Among them gender affect college students' consumption decision-making style, male college students save consumers time orientation is stronger than female college. Regional influence consumer decision-making style,that is from the countryside and urban consumers have different consumer decision-making style. Although the personality is not the main factors affecting college students' consumer decision-making style,but parts of the personality factor has a significant influence on the consumer decision-making style.
