Abstract: Micro lessons’ appearance make the majority of micro-lesson educators see the next may change the way people learn instructional media, however, the current micro-lesson is not well known to the general public. What is a micro lesson, micro lessons’ advantages and the prospects for the development of micro lesson are not to known to the general public. The purpose of this paper is to take the second day Excel "use the formula to calculate” for example, and the study revealed micro lessons’ design method, design principles, advantages and key points in practice, so as to introduce what is micro lesson, micro lesson of the actual use value in teaching and learning and how to make a micro lesson by an example. Which demonstrates the design principle of the micro lesson, so that teachers can use in the production, at the same time students can be much better understanding the content of the micro lesson.

微课的设计原则与实践——以初二Excel“利用公式计算”为例
引言
微课（Micro Lecture），又叫微课程，与一般课程相比来说是一种微小的课程。通常由视频短片和配套的相应资源组合而成，主要用以讲解某一知识点或教学难点。教师可在课堂上利用微课作为授课的素材，而学生可通过微课进行预习、复习等，实现自主学习。同时，简短的微课视频能够让学生更好地在课堂中集中注意力，把握课程要点。微课程近两年在我国也得到了重视和一定的发展，2012年秋季开始，教育部面向全国中小学举行微课作品征集评选大赛；2012年11月，教育部全国高校教师网络培训中心正式下发通知，决定于2012年12月至2013年8月举办首届全国高校微课教学比赛。本文以初二Excel教学中的“利用公式计算”为例进行微课设计，通过示例法研究微课的设计原则与实践。Excel当中的知识点多且分散，知识点之间的联系不大，难以把握。这样的课程在教师的讲解过程中容易变得枯燥，学生很难保持专注的学习状态，学习效率难以保障。利用精心制作的微课穿插到课堂中进行教学，可以给老师更多的时间与学生交流，不再是枯燥无的知识灌输，使学生保持一个较高的学习效率。学生也可以在课下时间，自主的学习难以理解的知识点。本文对微课进行介绍论述和具体的微课设计——初二Excel教学中的“利用公式计算”，从理论上整体把握微课应注意的大体方向；在具体的操作实践中详细的提出微课制作与设计当中原则；对初二Excel“利用公式计算”一课中遇到的问题提出修改方案。希望能为教师更好地认识微课、开发微课资源及促进微课在教学上的应用提供参考，能为学生的课下自主学习提供合理的学习资源。
