摘要:教师课堂教学机智是教师专业成长和发展的重要表现形式,也是教师高超的课堂教学水平的重要体现。在课堂教学活动中,教师经常会遇到一些难以预料的情况或特殊的问题,教师该如何及时化解才能使陷入尴尬境地的课堂教学“柳暗花明”呢?这就要求教师有较高的教学机智。鉴于此,本文首先通过阅读与该课题相关的文献研究资料并加以综述,总结出课堂教学机智的内涵及特征;其次通过教育实习时的课堂观察,记录小学教师是如何处理教学过程中遇到的新问题、新情况,进一步分析小学教师的课堂教学机智的缺失表现;最后提出小学教师课堂教学机智的养成建议。38974 毕业论文关键词:课堂教学机智;缺失表现;养成建议

Abstract: Teachers' classroom teaching tact is an important form of teachers'professional growth and development, also is important embodiment of teachers' classroom teaching level. In classroom teaching activities, teachers often encounter some unexpected situation or special issues, how do teachers timely resolve tomake it from bad togood? It puts forward higher demand on teachers' teaching tact. In view of this, this paper includes: Firstly, to read the literature related to the topic, and summarize it; Secondly through the education practice of classroom observation, to record the new problems and situations in the elementary school teachers when teaching, and then analysis the performance of teachers' teaching tact lack; Finally to give some suggestions to develop the classroom teaching tact for elementary school teachers.
