Research and Analysis on The Status of Middle School Teacher in City Using Network Education Resources
Abstract: With the development of computer technology, the state department of government education and some commercial organizations relying on network construction of all kinds of education website platform share of educational resources. Teachers in the network education resources ocean have changed the past single educational resources collection. In this paper, I will survey and analysis the situation that the middle school teachers in city use the network education resource from the perspective of teachers. On this basis, I will put forward the guiding suggestions from three aspects: the construction of the network educational resources, the promotion of the government and the school, teachers' self development. I believe it will help teacher use the network education resources well.

引言
随着计算机网络技术和通讯技术的发展，网络渗透到生活的各个层面，教育也发生了深刻的变革。近年来，国家对网络教育资源非常重视，教育资源建设取得了长足的发展，国内各大、中、小学校，各级教育机构以及商业机构都先后建立了各种基于网络的教育资源库，极大地推动着教育信息化的发展[1]。丰富多彩的网络教育资源，多种多样的网络教育交流平台，大大提高了教师的信息素养和教学水平。利用网络教育资源已然成为教师提升教学水平的重要途径。但在教师利用网络教育资源的过程中也出现了一些问题。
网络教育资源作为新兴的教学资源在教学活动中占有重要作用。作为一个教师，如何利用因特网去查找及时而有效的教育资源，并对它进行利用和改造应用于教学，对于现代化教育的发展来说，是至关重要的。本文从教师的角度，通过对市区中学教师对网络教育资源的利用现状进行调查并分析，了解市区中学教师对网络教育资源的利用现状，分析这种现状形成的原因，根据分析结果提出指导建议，以便教师更有效地利用网络教育资源，提升信息素养，提高教学水平。同时也为资源的开发者贴近教师用户的需要，建设更优质的网络教育资源，提供事实依据。
