Abstract: Under the background of learning society that science and technology knowledge exponentially, Online learning for people to acquire new knowledge provides a more convenient channels and strong support. Because there is no direct social supervision over the network learning, the Internet itself all-directional openness makes there are all kinds of in formation in the network environment, if there is no strong learning motivation drive, it is difficult to concentrate on learning, even unable to maintain the network learning activities, so online learning requires the support of strong learning motivation. In this paper, using questionnaire investigation and interview method, to investigate Zhoukou Normal University students' learning motivation under the network environment, to find the problems under the network environment existing in university students' learning motivation and analysis the reasons, put forward the corresponding strategy for arousing motivation, so as to motivate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm under the network environment, improve their comprehensive quality, promote their all-round development.

网络环境下高校学生学习动机调查研究
引言
随着科技的发展，越来越多的学习者在网络环境下进行学习。在网络环境下，学习者能够快速地获取大量的学习资源，可以不受时空的限制进行学习。这种教育形式对当今学生思想的形成以及行为方式的养成有着深远的影响，这种时空分离的开放式教育形式为学生提高能力提供了一个机会。然而，在网络环境下，学生的学习动机直接影响学习的效果。在网络环境下，学生缺乏学习动机是影响教师教学效果和学生学习效果的重要因素[1]。网络学习是一种新型的并广泛普及的数字化学习方式，其对学生的学习动机影响因素已成为一个不容忽视的问题[2]。我国自2000年起对学习动机问题进行了大量的研究，但绝大多数研究都集中在基础教育领域，其中与“远程教育”有关的文献主要集中在对动机理论介绍及其在传统教育中的运用等问题上，对运用问卷调查方法来针对成人学员网络自主学习动机的相关个案研究则很少有人论及[3]。在网络环境下，学生以自主学习为主要的学习形式，这就需要激发学生的学习动机。否则，要想文持网络学习活动是非常困难的。因此，调查研究网络环境下高校学生的学习动机，对激发高校学生在网络环境下学习的主动性和积极性，提高其综合素质以及促进其全面发展具有非常重要的作用。本文首先通过对周口师范学院学生进行问卷调查，了解他们在网络环境下学习动机的现状，然后通过对周口师范学院学生进行访谈，了解他们在网络环境下学习动机存在的各种问题，并且与他们深入了解问题成因，最后提出学习动机的的激发策略，从而提升学习效果。
