摘要富氮唑环类化合物具有高氮低碳氢含量以及高张力使得此类化合物普遍具有高的生成热,近年来越来越受到含能化合物研究者的关注。1,5-双四唑具有两个不同的活泼端位,是衍生合成出新型高氮含能化合物的富有意义的一种中间体。本课题论文根据四唑成环规则,以5-氨基四唑、原甲酸三乙酯、叠氮化钠为原料,乙酸做催化剂及溶剂,合成了化合物1,5-双四唑。根据原料和产物的性质,研究了不同种方法对反应进行监测。探索了产物分离提纯的方法,通过薄层色谱法得到高纯度的淡黄色固体。并用质谱、核磁氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱等多种方法对产物进行表征,证实产物为1,5-双四唑。5655

Title Study On Synthesis of 1,5-bitetrazole
Abstract
Because of their low content of hydrogen and carbon,high positive heats of formation, the synthesis of nitrogen-rich zole-ring compounds have been paid more and more attention. 1, 5-bitetrazole is a meaningful intermediate in the construction of new nitrogen-rich compounds due to two reactive side in molecular. The compound 1, 5-bitetrazole was synthesized by reaction of 5-aminotetrazole, the ethyl orthoformate and sodium azide with acetic acid as catalyst and solvent according to the cyclization rules. Different methods were studied to monitor the reaction and separate crude product. The pure 1, 5-bitetrazole can be obtained as pale yellow solid by Prepared Thin-Layer Chromatography and fully characterized by MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and IR spectra in this paper.
