Abstract：Currently Graduates Employment has become a hot topic in society. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and socialist market economy gradually improved, employment of college graduates has gradually turnkey integration points from the national transition to implement two-way choice of inpidual autonomy careers. Tendency past a single professional personnel training has been unable to adapt to the requirements of today's popular talent is "Almighty" talent. However, the University and college students are not well adapted to the market requirements. On the one hand due to insufficient employability students cannot meet the social needs of talent to work. On the other hand, systematic career guidance and career planning services, lack of professional competence has led many students without the "market power." To change this situation, so that with the number of students get jobs and the employability of college students in Shanghai has very important practical significance.

一、引言
（一） 研究背景
随着我国改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善, 大学毕业生就业已逐步从国家统包统分过渡到实行双向选择的个人自主择业。这种就业制度的改革, 一方面给毕业生提供了更多的可供选择的就业途径和机遇另一方面, 越来越激烈的人才竞争也对大学生就业提出了严峻的挑战。
大学生就业难已成为我国社会广泛关注的又一重大就业问题。对于大学生就业难的成因研究，大多数学者分别从需求、供给及供求匹配三个角度来进行，大体上有三方面的归因：从需求角度看，是就业岗位总量不足和结构偏差；从供给角度看，就业偏好影响与就业能力不足，核心问题是就业能力不足。从供求匹配角度看，是公共就业服务不完善和教育的供需双方信息沟通不畅。也有学者认为高校扩招是导致大学生就业难的主要原因。从大学生这一特定就业主体看，就业能力不足成为大学生就业难的核心问题，以提升大学生就业能力为核心促进大学生就业也逐渐成为人们共识
