摘 要:当代社会对人才的需求繁重,企业的生存与发展离不开人力资源这一坚强后盾,而培训作为开发与发展人力资本的基本手段,早已成为增强企业竞争力的有效途径。文章以HW公司为例,从公司现状入手,首先分析HW公司在人力资源培训方面存在管理层对人力资源培训的重视度有待加强、人力资源培训内容设计缺乏针对性、忽视了人力资源培训效果的反馈、人力资源培训工作沟通不到位等问题,然后提出提高管理层对人力资源培训的重视程度、完善人力资源培训内容以突出针对性、重视人力资源培训效果的反馈、加强人力资源培训工作的有效沟通等解决对策,对HW公司开展有效人力资源培训工作具有重要的指导意义。37637 毕业论文关键词:人力资源;培训;核心竞争力
