Investigation and Analysis of Occupation Tendency of Fresh Graduates—the Zhou Kou Normal University
Abstract: In order to better understand the situations of occupation tendency and employment of fresh graduates, 200 fresh college graduates in The Zhou Kou Normal University were surveyed through questionnaire. It takes occupation tendency as the survey cut-in point and conducts an investigation and analysis from the aspects including the influence of the college students' self-awareness, the influence of family factors, different origins of students and the influence of gender on occupation tendency of fresh graduates. The survey result shows that a majority of students tend to choose an occupation in big coastal cities; most of the students prefer work units with stable and officially budgeted posts; most students think that employment prospects is bad and have no advantage; family has strong influences on occupation; there are obvious differences in gender and origin for employment intention.

应届大学生择业倾向的调查分析
前言
当前，我国高校毕业生面临着比较严峻的就业形势。一方面，近年来，大学毕业生人数逐年上涨，另一方面则是国内的经济发展速度有所放缓，用人单位对应届毕业生的需求量有所下降，这两个方面的因素所综合在一起便造成了如今大学生就业难的问题。选择以周口师范学院为例，对周口师范学院应届大学生的择业倾向进行研究，了解当前大学生的择业倾向及变化趋势，不仅可以帮助毕业生理性择业，同时也有利于本校就业指导部门掌握毕业生的就业意向和现状，对本校适应新形势、促进大学生成长、创新就业指导思想都有着积极意义。
一、调查对象与方法
(一) 调查对象
本次调查选取了周口师范学院2015届毕业生200人作为调查对象,共发放问卷200份，回收185份，回收率为92.5%，有效份数184，有效率99.5%。参与调查的男生63人,占总数的39.7%，女生121人，占总数的65.8%，男女比例1:1.9，生源地在农村的有119人，占总数的64.7%，城市的有65人，占总数的35.3%，生源地在城市和农村比例为1:1.8。
