The Investigation and Thinking to the Professional Values of Rise This College Students
Abstract：Taking the rise this college students of five universities in henan province as research object ,to see the status quo of college students’ vocational values, and analyze the five differences the rise this college students’ vocational values at the location of the gender, the family, parents’ level of education, the hearing of idea, the ideal workplace . Survey results indicate that the rise this college students in henan province represent the trend of the professional values self-involved general and reality. They take more attention to self-realization and working stability. Rise this college students of different sex have significant differences on the profession promotes dimension; Different families where students come from have significant differences on the stable hygiene factors. Acording to the rise this professional values of college students at present, School reform values education and employment guidance work; Parents should raise the student’s good occupational values; The rise this college students should orientate themselves professional career properly.

专升本大学生职业价值观的调查与思考
前言
大学生是转变国运，创新社会的这样一个特殊的青年群体。这个群体正处在个体价值观接近完善和基本定型的阶段，伴随我国市场经济的不断发展，高校的专升本培养机制和就业机制也发生一系列的变革。大学生就业制度的不断更新，使得毕业生面临严重的就业竞争，专升本大学生就业难问题日益突出，成为大家关注的一个焦点。与此同时，在校专升本大学生中有相当一部分人并未对自己的就业前景有一个深入的认识，也没有对自己做过职业规划等，这都使得相当一部分专升本大学生对自己未来的就业情况感到迷茫，至于标准的职业价值观更是无从谈起。为了清楚了解专升本大学生对职业价值观的正确认识程度，我们对河南省几所高校的专升本大学生进行了问卷调查，通过对结果进行统计汇总和分析，提出合理化的改善建议，来帮助专升本大学生建立合理的职业价值观，从而促进专升本大学生充分就业。
