摘要:目前,国有商业银行的用人机制在某种程度上还不能适应人才竞争的需要,其中缺乏有效的人才激励机制是一个很重要的原因。国有商业银行落后的激励机制已经成为制约其深化改革和向前发展的瓶颈。本文以激励理论为基础,提出了构建国有商业银行人员激励机制的框架。通过分析国有商业银行人员激励的现状,重点讨论了人员激励中存在的问题,然后从国企的角度出发,分析造成国有商业银行员工激励机制落后的问题及原因,给出了完善其激励机制的建议和措施。24833

Research about staff motivation of the state-owned commercial bank
Abstract:Nowadays, the employment mechanism of state-owned commercial banks still can not meet the needs of the talent competition to a certain extent, where
the lack of effective talent incentive mechanism is a very important reason. The outdated incentives of state-owned commercial banks have become the bottle neck which restrict its deepening reform and moving forward. On the basis of motivate theory, this article put forward a framework to build the state-owned commercial bank staff incentives. By analyzing the status of state-owned commercial bank staff incentives, focused on the problems in the staff motivation, and then from the perspectives of state-owned enterprises, analyzes the reasons that the state-owned commercial banks employee incentives fall behind. By discussing China 's state-owned commercial banks incentives in depth, by analyzing the status current situation of the incentive mechanism, proposals and measures are given to perfect the incentive mechanism.
