Construction Research of bid evaluation method
Abstract：China started construction project evaluation in terms of late, research evaluation methods lag in the tender work hard to make a scientific decision-making, so the project evaluation methods in-depth analysis to explore the scientific, practical and feasible the evaluation model has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper aims to study the traditional evaluation methods to improve the existing evaluation methods.First, this paper describes the evaluation methods at home and abroad, the domestic evaluation methods are: the low bid method, comprehensive evaluation method and evaluation method bill of quantities.By comparing a variety of traditional evaluation methods, and learn more about the advantages and disadvantages as well as the scope of the various evaluation methods, for the perfect way to have a significant role in the evaluation.Secondly, the research on the characteristics of the existing project to select the appropriate evaluation methods Finally, through the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a scientific evaluation model to determine the final successful bidder, in order to improve our current evaluation system.
