施工企业工程项目投标风险问题研究
本论文首先从施工企业工程项目投标风险管理研究背景和意义入手，然后对工程项目风险、投标风险、投标风险管理理论进行综述。接着分析我国工程项目主要的投标风险因素，随后运用层次分析法对南宁国际会展中心主建筑一期工程进行定量分析。最后，本文对投标风险提供了一些具体的应对措施，为施工企业进行投标风险管理提供理论参考。

Bidding Risk Management of Construction Enterprise Project
Abstract:The bidding system as the main mode of construction project contract, it has been widely applied to the international and domestic construction projects.In the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry, the bidding is the key link of project contracting.The tender preparation work is related to the success of the project.And the bidding process faces various kinds of risks, how to identify, evaluate and prevention these risks is the main content of this paper.
Firstly,the article analyses the bidding risk management’s research background and significance of construction enterprise project.And then it reviews the project risk, bidding risk, bidding risk management.Secondly, it analysis the main risk factors of construction enterprise project in our country,and it does some quantitative analysis of the first phase of the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center’s main building project with AHP method.Finally, it provides some concrete measures on bidding risk for bidding risk management of the construction enterprise.
