摘要:船舶的组装在船舶制造过程中是很关键的一部分,是决定船舶建造时间的关键一环。在传统的船舶建造的模式中,工人按照船舶设计师的平面图纸进行组装与安装,一不小心就会出偏差,使人力物力的遭到损失;而且因为图纸表现力并不够好,使船舶设计者与船东的联系过程中通常会出现因没有具体的模型而造成偏差。这时就需要有一种能使船长工人和船东直面面对造船设计师所表达的造船实际过程中各个环节或分段的虚拟现实技术。

本文是对87000载重吨散货船中的HS25P/S分段在有基本结构图和典型横剖面图的基础上进行的生产设计,涂装工艺等。之后运用虚拟仿真技术的方法,在3dsmax软件中对船舶舷侧分段中的各种零件进行三维建模和设计装配动画。

主要内容包含:充分调研并且收集及分析国内外的有关资料,了解了国内外的现状以及存在的问题,总结了散货船舷侧HS25P/S分段的建造特点,并且翻译了相应的外文文献,本人通过对图纸的学习与了解,详细的阐述了HS25P/S分段建造方案的设计与论证、HS25P/S分段的生产设计以及制作了HS25P/S分段建造过程中的动画实现等方面。在这其中本人用到了软件仿真技术的研究方法,动态模拟出HS25P/S分段的现实建造的流程。这个流程中不仅不需要任何真正的建造材料,也可以预知建造过程中各个零件的状态,对预定的流程进行了事先的评判,验证了该方案的可行度,以免盲目的制定流程,使流程的实用性更高;以便于能够做出预见性的决定和优化工作流程,以达成减少船舶的建造周期、提高船舶的建造速度和减少船舶研制费用的目的。

Abstract:The assembly of ships is a crucial part of the shipbuilding process and a key link in determining the time of vessel construction. Built in the traditional ship model,workers in accordance with the graphic drawings of the ship designer for assembly and installation, no one will be a deviation, loss of the manpower; and because the drawings performance is not good enough, the contact process of ship designers and owners usually appear in the resulting deviation due to no specific model. Then there is a virtual reality technology that enables captains, workers, and shipowners to face the shipbuilding process in the face of shipbuilding designers.

This paper is the production design of the 87000 DWT bulk cargo ship HS25P/S segment based on basic structure diagram and typical cross section of the coating process, etc. Then, using virtual simulation technology, the three-dimensional modeling and assembly animation of the various parts of the ship sub section are done in 3ds Max software.

The main contents include: full investigation and collect and analyze relevant information at home and abroad, a better understanding of the present situation and existing problems, summarizes the characteristics of bulk cargo ship building HS25P/S block, and the translation of the foreign literature, I passed on the drawings of the learning and understanding, elaborated the production design and the proof, HS25P/S block construction scheme of HS25P/S segments and produced HS25P/S segment in the process of the construction of animation etc.. In this, I used the software simulation technology research methods, dynamic simulation of the HS25P/S section of the actual construction process. This process does not require any real building materials, also can predict the construction of various parts of the state of the process, to a predetermined process prior judgment, proved that the scheme is feasible, in order to avoid blind development processes,make the process more practical; in order to be able to foresee the decision and optimization work the process, to achieve reduce the shipbuilding cycle, improve the construction of the ship speed and reduce development cost to ship. 87000DWT散货船的舷侧HS25P/S分段建造+CAD图纸:http://www.chuibin.com/jixie/lunwen_205401.html
