we can't access to the "Networks -> Configure
we can't access to the "Networks -> Configure
We have 3 VMs and 1 Network on Windows Azure.
From web portal we can't access to the "Networks -> Virtual Networks ->MyNet01 -> dashboard" or "Networks -> Virtual Networks ->MyNet01 -> Configure".
If I try to open any other pages it works correctly.
We are using Windows Azure since some month. We started with 3-Month Free Trial and some days ago has been converted to Enterprise.
But the problem persist!!!
The same problem, in the past, was temporary fixed deleting the network and recreating it using configure file (XML), in the trial subscription.
How can we fix definitively this problem?
At the same time, when we have this problem, our RRAS server (Windows Server 2012) can't establish the VPN tunnel, so our clients can't connect to VMs.
The error message is "An error occurrred during connection of the interface. IKE authentication credentials are unacceptable".
The configuration of RRAS was made using the downloadable script from the portal
We do not want to delete again the network because we should delete all VMs, all Cloud services.
I've discovered the management portal issue as well. The issue was caused by deallocated/stopped machines in the vpn subnet. This is a known error from the Azure team in Redmond and hopefully it will be fixed in the next release of Azure.
The workaround is basically to remove or start the machines.
For the other issue i don't have any answer; but regarding IKE authentication just make sure you have UDP ports open: 500 and 4500.
