how I setup live streaming I wish to live stream from a single source to multiple clients via Azure

As per the poster on http:-//www.microsoft.-com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=38195 I was wondering how I setup live streaming? I can only see examples of the on demand ingestion in advance in the docs. However, I wish to live stream from a single source to multiple clients via Azure. Can someone please show me how this is possible?
