how to develop this using windows azure

I am developing just a small aplication to use and learn more about windows azure.

I am developing a .NET windows application with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, the application connects to a database, the most dificult point for me is that this application may be used for many users in diferent computer at the same time, and all this user could acces to data in the same database.

So my question is how to develop this using windows azure.
