sqlserver how to suppress or hide page header in otherpages

in sql server reporting services,i need to display page header in first page only but it is repeating in every page.can any one tell me how to suppress or hide page header in otherpages.

So why useing a page header if you don't want one?

Copy the content of your page header to the upper part of the report body and the cancel the header.

There are so many thing we want to do, this is one of them.
We are in the process of adding support for it in RDL, but I am not sure we will get to adding the UI in Report builder and BIDS this time around....
