Abstract：Debt management is an important feature of modern enterprise. Debt management is an important means of enterprise financing, is the only way for the development of the modern enterprise. Indebtedness is advantageous to the enterprise reduce the overall cost of capital. To expand business scale, maintain control of the enterprise, make enterprise benefit from inflation, but also enlarge the management risk into financial risk. Reasonable degree of enterprise liabilities are debt ship which the enterprise must face a problem. Enterprise debt management, therefore, should be in the correct use of financial leverage principle, determine the best point of capital structure, establish the ideal capital structure, maintain a moderate amount of financial risk, and effective use of debt, prevent excessive debt, must improve market mechanism, reform of property right system, perfect the corporate governance structure. This is the fundamental way of corporate management.
