摘  要：怎么样去促进企业中员工信息的使用效率,合理的调配企业人力资源的创新性是企业高层面临的一项艰巨的任务,只有企业员工信息的管理要随着企业发展变化的格局不断更新,这样就可以精准的提高竞争力。根据目前企业用人机制的状况,公司如果采用员工信息管理系统的方案,这样在用人时,可以根据公司的需要，让每一个岗位都是最适合这个岗位的人，继而更好的实现人是能动性。为了提高HR的工作效率,响应无纸化办公的环保号召,应该开发一个员工信息管理系统，将HR从繁琐的管理工作中解脱出来,又可以促进公司用人的发展。

本文以实际运用为出发点，利用市面上近几年发展比较迅速的C#技术去开展这个系统，从而使得员工信息管理更加简单，并且还能增加以C/S模式的方法这样更能使得员工信息管理变得系统化，系统界面简单。

经过测试，本系统运行正常，解决了企业员工信息管理方面的问题。

Abstract：How to promote the use efficiency of employee information in enterprises and rationally allocate the innovation of enterprise human resources is a difficult task faced by the company's top management. Only the management of employee information needs to be updated with the development and change of the enterprise. It can precisely improve competitiveness. According to the current status of the enterprise employing mechanism, if the company adopts the employee information management system plan, when employing, according to the needs of the company, so that each position is the most suitable for this position of people, and then better realize that people are motivated . In order to improve the efficiency of HR, and respond to the green call for paperless office, an employee information management system should be developed to free HR from cumbersome management work and promote the development of company employees.

 Based on the practical application, this paper makes use of the rapid development of C # technology in the market in recent years to develop this system, thus making the management of employee information more simple. And it can also increase the C / S mode so that the employee information management becomes more systematic and the system interface is simple.

    After testing, the system is operating normally, which solves the problem of employee information management.
