摘要：随着WEB技术的飞速发展，基于WEB的实验室管理系统被越来越多实验室所应用，而在WEB上的符号和公式的输入级上下标显示，以及在线复杂数学公式的编辑，已经成为实验室仪器管理中必须须解决的一个问题。它严重制约着数学,物理和化学等在WEB上的应用。针对当前的问题，提出基于WEB的公式输入显示及计算的设计方案。JavaScript是一种网络脚本语言，常用于WEB的动态功能，通过JavaScript来实现符号上下标及公式的输入编辑和显示及计算。并且介绍如何利用数学置标语言 MathML(Mathematical Markup Language)来 编写数学公式，然后用JavaScript对其进行处理，将数学公式显示在WEB 上，并支持IE 等主流浏览器。
