The Relationship Between Middle School Students' Time Management Disposition, Achievement Motive and Academic Research
Abstract:To explore the relationship between middle school students' time management disposition, achievement motivation and academic achievements, this study stratified random chose a middle school 185 subjects at zhoukou city, using the time management disposition scale and the survey of the achievement motivation scale, the results show that: In the time management disposition ,sense of time value and self-efficacy have the significant gender differences, and girls scored higher than boys, and no significant difference on the concept of monitoring;In the time management disposition does not exist significant grade differences.There is no significant gender differences in achievement motivation .Girls scored higher than boys in the pursuit of success of motivation, boys score higher than girls in avoid failure of motivation. Time management disposition, sense of time value, time self-efficacy and academic performance have significant correlation, regression analysis show that only time self-efficacy can be used to predict to academic performance.Middle school students' achievement motivation and learning achievement has significant correlation, regression analysis shows that pursuit success can be used to predict to academic performance.Middle school students' achievement motivation has significant relatation with time management disposition and its various dimensions.
