The Relationship Between Middle School Students' Time Management Disposition, Achievement Motive and Academic Research
Abstract:To explore the relationship between middle school students' time management disposition, achievement motivation and academic achievements, this study stratified random chose a middle school 185 subjects at zhoukou city, using the time management disposition scale and the survey of the achievement motivation scale, the results show that: In the time management disposition ,sense of time value and self-efficacy have the significant gender differences, and girls scored higher than boys, and no significant difference on the concept of monitoring;In the time management disposition does not exist significant grade differences.There is no significant gender differences in achievement motivation .Girls scored higher than boys in the pursuit of success of motivation, boys score higher than girls in avoid failure of motivation. Time management disposition, sense of time value, time self-efficacy and academic performance have significant correlation, regression analysis show that only time self-efficacy can be used to predict to academic performance.Middle school students' achievement motivation and learning achievement has significant correlation, regression analysis shows that pursuit success can be used to predict to academic performance.Middle school students' achievement motivation has significant relatation with time management disposition and its various dimensions.

中学生时间管理倾向、成就动机与学习成绩的关系研究
引言
黄希庭，张志杰[1]提出一个新的概念一时间管理倾向，时间管理倾向是个人的一种具有动力性的人格特征，反映了人们对待时间的态度和价值观念，推动个体向一定的目标行动。他们提出了一个时间管理倾向的三文理论模型并编制了青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)，该模型把时间管理倾向划分为三个文度，包括时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感。国内自从2001年青少年时间管理倾向量表编制，并在《心理学报》上发表之后，时间管理倾向的相关研究成果也在不断出现。张志杰，黄希庭等人[2]通过探讨时间管理倾向与学生学业成绩、自我价值感和主观幸福感三者的关系，发现时间管理倾向不仅对大学生的学业成绩具有显著的预测作用，并且与自我价值感和主观幸福感之间存在显著的正相关。张志杰[3]等人的研究表明时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能之间存在显著的正相关。钟慧[4]的研究表明大学生时间监控观对追求成功具有显著的预测作用，时间效能感对避免失败具有显著作用，大学生高时间管理倾向者的成就动机水平高于低时间管理倾向者。阮昆良等[5]的研究表明不同学业成就、不同年级学生时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感及时间管理倾向总分上的差异显著。
