Investigation: Motivations of the Postgraduate Entrance Examination
Abstract: For the hot spot of postgraduate in today's society, we did the research on college students motivated of it. Methods: In this study, we adopted the questionnaire "Why did you apply for Graduate School" which organized by Pan Jiayan . It gave tests to 241 junior and senior students in Zhoukou University .Results: ①In the motive of taking part in postgraduate entrance examination, interest factor and external factors of male was significantly higher than that of female（t=2.783,p＜0.01;t=3.069,p＜0.01);②the self-realization took a greater impact on junior than senior students（t=2.895,p＜0.01）;③there is no significant difference of professional and local institution . Conclusion: Motivations of the postgraduate entrance examination are significantly affected by work environment, knowledge and self-realization.

大学生考研动机调查研究1.引言
现如今我国高等教育事业正处于快速发展阶段，具体表现就是考研成为一种潮流。在这一潮流驱动下出现了“考研村”和“考研经济”等一些新的社会现象和社会名词，研究生的报考人数也在不断增加。统计数据显示，研究生报考人数连续四年以超过10万人的幅度增长，而我省研究生报名人数连续三年都在迅速增加，2011年为40423人，2012年为43991人，2013年为48295人，2014年为50660人。在学校里也是如此场景，各种考研班互相竞争，广告牌随处可见；同学中报考研究生的人也很多。随着考研人数的剧增，各高校也在扩大招生名额，但远远没有和报考人数增加的比例相一致，这不得不引起社会的深思，究竟是什么让考生在如此激烈的竞争中还决定报考研究生, 是外界影响, 还是兴趣使然。[1]这些也让笔者不得不去思考为什么大家都选择报考研究生，他们的动机是何。
