Influence of Single Hand Shoulders Shooting Technological Factors and Psychological Factors Analysis
Abstract: By using the method of documentation、 observation and mathematic statistics and investigation on one hand shoulders shot during the process of action and psychological changes were analyzed. According to the analysis of the factors affecting the rate of shooting a lot, it has physical factors and psychological factors. The main factors are shooting skills, shooting dial, aimed, timing and refers to the psychological change in the course of a game, and other factors. The most common modern basketball shooting modes, namely single hand shoulders shot. Shooting technical movement whether reasonable shooting is the most fundamental influence, the most important factors. Aims to reveal the internal laws psychological diathesis for couch better provide basis for training plan formulated, in order to better improve athletes match result.

现代篮球的发展正继续向着高智慧、高身材、高战术、速度快、高强度、高技术的方向发展。要想在紧张激烈的比赛中发挥出自己的高超技战术水平，夺取比赛最后的胜利，提高全队投篮命中率是广大篮球教练员和专家们密切关注的问题，也是球队赢得得比赛胜利的重要问题所在。影响投篮命中率的因素非常多，不仅有身体素质方面的因素，还有心理方面的因素。篮球最常见、最实用的投篮方式就是单手肩上投篮。投篮技术动作的合理与否是影响命中率关键的因素。
