如何有效地组织儿童角色游戏活动,为儿童提供更好地引导,是幼儿教师迫切需要考虑的问题。教师既要对幼儿角色游戏有正确的认识. 又要学会在游戏中仔细观察儿童,选择适宜的时机指导儿童，做一个幼儿游戏中的引导者。
一、幼儿角色游戏的基本概述
（一）幼儿角色游戏的定义
幼儿在活动中通过模仿、想象来扮演角色，创造性地再现现实生活的一种游戏就是幼儿角色游戏。[1]
幼儿角色游戏是根据幼儿身心发展的需要而产生的,专为幼儿设计的一种游戏。在幼儿角色游戏的过程中，幼儿通过各自的语言、动作、表情等表达方式，创造性的反映现实生活。[2]
