摘要:学困生是指学生的智力水平正常且没有任何感官障碍,但其学习成绩明显低于同班学生,不能达到预期学习要求的学生。在小学英语的学习中,主要表现在英语的听、说、读、拼写、思考等方面表现出能力不足的情形。本文通过观察、访谈对小学英语学困生进行分析,认为缺乏英语学习兴趣、缺乏父母关爱以及教师教学水平有限是造成学困生的主要原因。要转化学困生,需要教师尊重、关爱学困生,需要教师因材施教、加强个别辅导,需要学校、家庭营造良好的学习环境。40042 毕业论文关键词:学困生;英语学习;教师素养
