Abstracts:"students with learning difficulties" is a more important questions in our country, responses to a big problem in our country's education, but we must face the problem rightly for our society education.Not only for the school, but also for the teacher and the future of the family. As a future teachers we must learning this question, should learn strategies to translating "poor students" problem effectively， the students with learning difficulties and the ordinary students have a fair learning environment, so as to promoting the quality of school education, improving the quality of subject education. According to the Zhoukou Xinmin primary school students with learning difficulties investigation, mainly carries on the investigation and analysis of current status of students, teachers and schools from the point of view, and based on the analysis of its influencing factors.

学困生的问题及对策——以周口市新民小学为例
一、小学学困生的内涵
（一）小学学困生的现状
学困生是指学生智力水平正常，但是得不到有效的开发，导致在知识、方法、品格、能力等方面融合有一定的缺陷，也伴随有注意力不集中、学习兴趣低、没有养成良好的学习习惯。根据我在新民小学调查的情况看来，发现他们学习成绩不好，也可能是在老师、家庭、社会教育不当的情况下，导致学生的心不在学习上，以至于他们在有限的时间里完不成教学大纲要求的任务，才成为“学困生”，虽然他们有的已经成为名副其实的“学困生”，但是经过正确的纠正和教育还是有巨大发展的潜力了，因为他们有的在外界环境的影响根本就没正经的静下心学习过，上课都是玩，或者睡觉，作业不是抄人家的就是干脆不做，这些都是“学困生”的情况。
（二）研究小学学困生的意义
我国的教育宗旨是“面向全体的学生,使学生的身心健康全面发展”,但是经过这么长时间的看来,“学困生”的问题是我们教育工作者非常关心的问题,它不仅仅关系到教育教学质量的提高,而且也会给社会、家庭带来了巨大的压力[1]。不能有效的解决好“学困生”的问题,素质教育也不能深入的推行和发展。因此深入研究“学困生”形成的原因,解决“学困生”问题,最大限度的减少“学困生”现象,是当前我国教育发展中一非常重要的事情。有利于全国人民素质的提高和综合国力的提高.同时也是促进我国教育公平、推动素质教育发展、落实各项教育政策的必要条件。所以帮助“学困生”是我国教育工作上一项重要的教育措施，学校、家庭、社会三者都要重视起来。
