摘要:“学困生”是学校比较重要的问题,反应了我国教育存在的一大问题,也是发展我国教育必须面对的问题,不仅关系到社会,也关系的学校、老师甚至家庭的未来。这个问题更值得将来做老师的我们去学习,更应该学习有效的策略去转化“学困生”的问题,让“学困生”和普通的学生受到同样的对待,从而推动学校的素质教育,促进教育公平,提高教育质量。针对周口新民小学的“学困生”展开调查,主要从学生的性格特点、老师的教学技能和学校各方面的角度进行现状调查和分析,并在此基础上分析其影响因素。40041 毕业论文关键词:学困生;学校;老师

Abstracts:"students with learning difficulties" is a more important questions in our country, responses to a big problem in our country's education, but we must face the problem rightly for our society education.Not only for the school, but also for the teacher and the future of the family. As a future teachers we must learning this question, should learn strategies to translating "poor students" problem effectively, the students with learning difficulties and the ordinary students have a fair learning environment, so as to promoting the quality of school education, improving the quality of subject education. According to the Zhoukou Xinmin primary school students with learning difficulties investigation, mainly carries on the investigation and analysis of current status of students, teachers and schools from the point of view, and based on the analysis of its influencing factors.
