摘要:课堂纪律在课堂教学中一直都是一个永恒的问题,无论是在我们过去所批判的传统教育还是在我们目前正在开展的素质教育及新课程改革的课堂里,关注纪律、建立良好的课堂纪律,都是我们矢志不渝的追求,特别是小学教育这个特殊的阶段,课堂纪律对于培养小学生的规则意识和守则习惯,具有十分重要的意义。然而,现实教育教学过程中,小学生课堂上的违纪现象普遍发生,教育实习过程中通过对小学课堂的观察发现,小学生课堂违纪行为主要表现在:上课走神、睡觉、吃零食、做小动作;交头接耳、擅自离位、发怪声;起哄、旷课、争执。究其成因有学生自身的因素,也有学校教育和家庭教育方面的因素。因此,本文从完善课堂管理机制、培养小学生的自控力、构建有效的家校合作机制三方面提出了相关的教育对策。38219 毕业论文关键词:小学生;课堂;违纪行为;教育对策
Primary School Classroom Discipline Education Countermeasures
Abstract: classroom discipline has always been a perpetual problem in the classroom teaching, both in our past criticism of traditional education and we are currently conducting quality education and new curriculum reform in the classroom, our unswervingly pursue is to pay attention to discipline and to establish a good classroom discipline, especially in the primary education, classroom discipline consciousness and the code has the very vital significance in cultivating elementary student's rules. However, students disobey discipline frequently in the realityeducation teaching process, through the observation of the primary classroom in the process of education practice, pupil's indiscipline mainly displays in: absent-minded in class, sleeping, eating snacks, do little affectations; Without authorization, talking, making strange sounds; messing class, escaping, disputing.
