小学生良好行为习惯养成的个案分析

A case study on the students good habits
Abstract: Primary school children is the best time in good behavior habits. Our country renowned educator Mr. Ye Shengtao said: "education is to cultivate good habits." [1] A good habit of lifelong benefit, students' behavior is good or bad, for the development of students affected. Psychological research shows that, most people's behavior is not innate, but associated with the acquired influence. [2] The special educational environment, behavior habit education for pupils living in such an environment should suit one's measures to local conditions, details from the start. In this paper, based on the concept of home school cooperation in research, develop pupils good habits, I through the teachers guide students, role models among students, parents and school cooperation and supervision of the implementation of the method, and a series of, to help students get an obvious improvement, this paper mainly through the analysis of a case of the fifth grade primary school students to the subject.

小学生良好行为习惯养成的个案研究
小学阶段是一个人教育的起始阶段，也是一个人行为习惯养成的重要阶段，因此，养成一个良好的行为习惯对小学生来说尤为重要。在曹河中心小学的实习过程中，发现不少学生，尤其是后进生这类学生在上课时坐姿随心所欲，思文、注意力根本不在老师所讲的内容上，一会说说闲话，一会在书上乱画，学习成绩较差，行为方面有不足等方面的不良行为习惯。笔者以孟凯同学为入手，通过课堂观察和访谈以及家长谈话，对学生有深入了解，并采取不同教育方法进行引导和帮助，通过一学期的帮助和监督，学生在行为习惯方面有了较大改善，在此对经验和总结进行归纳和提炼，以为其起到抛砖引玉的作用。
一、个案基本情况
孟凯，十一岁，在曹河中心小学一所寄宿学校五年级的学生；成绩班级中等，比较聪明，好动，反应快，属于潜力生；父母离异，抚养权归爸爸有，但爸爸因长期在外打工，很少回家，家中有爷爷奶奶和一个姐姐照料他；据教过他的老师说，他一二三年级成绩一直占班里前几名，从四年级渐渐变差，现和班里其他几个活跃分子组成一个“小团伙”。他吃住都在学校，每两周回一次家；爸爸长期在郑州工作，对于孩子的教育方面也鞭长莫及，家中只有爷爷奶奶，爷爷是一位退休教师，对于孙子的教育还是比较在意方法的，也多次来学校或电话与我进行沟通，在沟通过程中我发现了爷爷在教育方面存在的不足。由于太过于溺爱孩子，关于孩子的任何缺点他都予以否认。
