摘要:幼儿教师发展是当今世界教育改革的中心议题,幼儿教师之间的合作已成为幼儿教师发展的重要方向。幼儿园主配班教师的合作是一种以教师之间在同一个班级体的实际工作内容或工作情境中的沟通互动为基础,以提高幼儿教师素质为目的的幼儿教师发展手段,本文运用文献法、观察法和访谈法对郑州市J幼儿园中班主配班教师的保教合作进行分析,发现主配班教师合作可以实现教师之间的优势互补,但是主配班教师间存在分工不合理和幼儿教育理念不一致的问题。并分析此问题形成的原因。在此基础上,提出主配班教师更好合作的有效建议:主配班教师要确立责任分工表;主配班教师共同商议班级问题提出建议;幼儿园园长要合理分配教师岗位等。37629 毕业论文关键词:幼儿园;主配班教师;教师合作
