摘要:绘画活动中教师的示范行为还存在着诸多的问题。鉴于此,笔者在文中通过访谈法和观察法,针对周口市S幼儿园里大班幼儿绘画活动中教师的示范过程,进行了详细的观察和记录,并查阅相关文献,收集大量的幼儿绘画作品,来分析大班幼儿绘画活动中教师的示范存在的以下问题:抹杀幼儿的绘画想象,易养成复制性儿童;示范的方式单一,使幼儿习惯于一种风格;教师示范缺乏示范经验,存在不正确的示范教学程序和方法;示范过程中难以照顾到幼儿个别差异,并提出了相对应的建议:教师示范要留有余地,启发式示范;教师示范方式要丰富多样,体现民族文化;教师示范要控制时间、把握示范时机;示范过程中因材施教,要尊重幼儿的个体差异。以期对教师的示范作用有一个全面的认识,从而为教师如何更好的组织绘画活动提供一些参考。37628

Analysis of the Top Class Kindergarten Teacher’s Demonstration Behavior Activity in Painting

In view of this, the author in this paper through the interview method and observation method, in view of zhoukou city S kindergarten taipans children's painting activities in the teacher's demonstration process, carried on the detailed observation and records, and consulting relevant literature, collecting a large number of children's paintings, the teacher's demonstration to the analysis of large children's painting activities exist the following problems: kill children's painting, easy to form a replication children; A single demonstration way, young children are accustomed to a kind of style; To demonstrate a lack of experience, demonstration is not correct demonstration teaching procedures and methods; Demonstration is difficult to take care of young children in the process of inpidual difference, and put forward the corresponding proposal: teacher demonstration to leave room, heuristic demonstration; Teacher demonstration way to rich variety, reflect national culture; Teacher demonstration to control time, grasp the demonstration opportunity; According to their aptitude, in the process of demonstration to respect children's inpidual differences. For teachers' exemplary role have a comprehensive understanding of, to provide some references for teachers how to better organize activities of painting.
