Study on dietary behavior of kindergarten

Abstract：In our country, people have different views and understanding of diet and health, along with the level of development of moderately prosperous society constantly improving. In the kindergarten, the fostering of good health diet and behavior of infant has become one of the most important problems what kindergarten, teachers and parents are concerned. In this article, we analyse the present situation of infants diet condition, process and behavior in J kindergarten of zhoukou by observation, conversation and case dialogue method, find out the reasons, and then put forward the reasonable and effective suggestions. The better eating behavior of children need teachers, parents and schools work together to make the children grow-up healthy and happy.

一、饮食行为概述
（一）饮食行为的概念
在《国内幼儿饮食行为研究综述》一文中崔爱丽指出对于“饮食行为”，目前尚没有被大家广泛接受的定义。在国内，有关“饮食行为”的概念并不存在一个被普遍接受的概念，幼儿的饮食行为往往受个体的态度、认知和影响，从而形成健康的饮食行为。这就需要有正确的饮食认知、食物种类丰富以及食物的均衡搭配等想法。有学者把它描述为，金星明（2010）因个人的意愿而制约的进食行为，其中包括喂养的行为、进餐的行为、进餐的氛围以及对食物的选择。认为饮食行为是受食物和健康观念的影响，其中包括食物的选择、购买，食用的时间、地点食用的类别和谁的食用等。
本文主要针对幼儿园小班2-4岁之间的幼儿，在通过对幼儿的观察和了解发现，幼儿在进餐的中存在一些不良行为，会直接幼儿影响幼儿健康、饮食不规律、影响幼儿身心和智力发展等重要原因。为了使幼儿养成良好健康的饮食行为习惯，使幼儿更加健康的成长，我们结合小班的年龄特征，对小班幼儿饮食行为的饮食与发展、进餐习惯、等一些影响幼儿饮食健康行为提出对策和建议，让幼儿在饮食进餐过程中，家长和教师能够合理正确的培养和改善幼儿饮食行为。对幼儿饮食行为过程中的不良行为进行管理和改善，从而让幼儿在饮食进餐过程中更加合理营养，让幼儿更好更健康的快乐成长。
