Abstract: preschool corner activities are an important component of the new curriculum in kindergarten, is to achieve educational goals, an important way to promote children's all-round development. I practice Preschool teaching activities into a corner, as a new way of teaching and active content, teachers lack relevant experience in teaching, for corner lack system understanding, and support corner is the lack of effective guidance theory. In view of this, through observation, interview and documentation, w kindergarten corner activities teacher guide conducts research, mainly from the current situation, existing problems and reasons analysis and other aspects of the problem. On this basis, on children's Park corner instructor-led actions reasonable and effective suggestions: change the concept of teacher education; Establishing scientific evaluation systems; Strengthening the construction of teachers, improve teachers ' professionalism; Kindergarten, teachers and families work together to solve problems in the corner together to explore solutions.

一、幼儿园区角活动教师引导行为的概述
（一） 区角活动教师引导行为的概念
本研究中的教师引导行为指的是教师在观察幼儿区角活动这一特定情境制约下，所作出的有意识的行为反应，该行为对幼儿产生一定的指导意义，具体包括指导的口头言语行为、体态言语行为等【1】。
（二）区角活动教师引导行为的功能
1．充分发挥幼儿在区角活动中的主动性、创造性
区角活动是一种让幼儿充分发挥其自由自主的活动，瑞吉欧在教学方案中充分肯定了教师创设环境的重要性，“幼儿在创设的环境中会更自由地去探索，更能和同伴一起活动，也更加具有坚持性，因为他们知道，他们可以去尝试心中所想，知道在朝他们目标前进时，他们可以自己做决定，感受到自由与快乐[1]。”教师的引导行为作为教师环境创设的重要组成部分，能更充分的让幼儿发挥其主动性、创造性。幼儿有时候会因为经验的缺乏，而不能顺利解决区角活动中遇到的困难，正是如此，教师的适当引导能帮助幼儿合理解决问题，及时脱离困境并能抓住教育契机，使区角活动更趋完整。
