摘要:幼儿园区角活动是幼儿园新课程的一个重要组成部分,是实现教育目标,促进幼儿身心全面发展的重要途径。笔者所实习的幼儿园在教学活动中引入了区角活动,作为一个新的教学与活动内容,教师缺乏相关教学经验,对于区角活动缺少系统的认识,且对于区角活动的有效指导更是缺乏理论支持。鉴于此,本文通过观察法、访谈法、文献资料法,针对W幼儿园区角活动教师引导行为进行研究,主要从现状、存在问题及问题的原因分析等几个方面展开。在此基础上,对幼儿园区角活动教师引导行为提出合理有效的建议:转变教师教育观念;建立科学的评价制度;加强教师队伍建设,提高教师专业素养;幼儿园、教师和家庭携手解决区角活动中遇到的问题,共同探究解决办法。35798 毕业论文关键词:教师;区角活动 ;引导行为
