Analyses of the Influences of the Teachers' Language Training to Students
Abstract：Language is the main tool for communicating between teachers and students. And it has the good reputation of “The second impression”. Meanwhile, teacher’s language is a continuous development of science and something of art. The way of teacher’s language covers basic skills，moral and personality factors. Teachers Language definitely effects the harmonious development of students and the teacher-student relationship. Furthermore, the teachers in the use of language on society as a whole have a far-reaching impact on a comprehensive level of countries. Based on the summarizes of the accomplishments of teachers'language, this thesis tries to make a sum-up about the positive and negative language, and at the same time to put forward the methods’ of improving teachers' training in the present stage. We should add the emotional factors to the rational base in order to let all the engineer of human soul have a golden key to open more heart door of more students.

浅析教师的语言修养对学生的影响
虽然每个教师的个性特征不尽相同，但是可以很明显看到这样一点，凡是优秀的教师，都不例外地熟练而恰当地使用着这样一种职业化语言——教师语言。语言是教师用来传授知识，进行教育的主要手段，教师的语言修养直接影响着教育效果。伟大的苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基告诉我们，教师的语言修养很大程度上决定着学生在课堂上的脑力劳动效率。正是因为教师语言如此重要，本文尝试通过对教师语言这一职业语言特征，对学生的影响等方面进行探究，从而提出在当下，我们应该如何提高教师的语言修养。
一、教师语言修养概述
“教师职业语言是通过特定的交际对象（教师与学生），特定的场景（课堂和其他学习场所），特定的话题（大纲和教学内容），特定的方式（教师讲解和师生互动），来实现的口语形式。” 其理论意义是站在语言学的角度，以语言表意功能为切入点，对教师语言的特征进行语言学概括，探究其规律性，从而形成严密的科学理论体系。这就说明了教师职业语言的重要性，也同时是最近三十年对教师语言的特性和定义所做的研究结果。在这个定义的基础上，教师语言可以说是用特定的对象，特定的场所，特定的方式来进行无限的创造。
